Introductory Lectures on Buddhism on the First Tuesday and Friday of Every Month at 18:30
On the first Tuesday and Friday of every month at 18:30, we give a brief introductory lecture to Buddhism, which we recommend for first-time meditators. Doors open at 18:25 on these days. Press the door buzzer C44 (no specific name on the buzzer). Tuesday evening is in Finnish and Friday in English. After a short break, the evening will continue at 19:15 with a meditation, which will end by 20:00. The event is free of charge, and you do not need to inform us beforehand of your visit. We welcome you to try meditation and learn more about our activities!
