NB! Doors are open half an hour before meditations. When the door downstairs is closed, ring the bell.
On every Thursday, we have an international evening, when meditations and Dharma talks will be held in English. On every Tuesday at 7 pm, we give a brief introductory lecture to Buddhism (usually in Finnish), followed by meditation. Welcome!
